The MFA Writing Program at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro will host a fiction and poetry reading by Sarah Bailey and Katie Naymon on Friday, February 2nd at 7PM at Scuppernong Books, 304 S. Elm Street. A part of the MFA Writing Program's 2018 Thesis Reading Series, the event is free and open to the public.

Sarah Bailey is an MFA candidate in fiction at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she is the managing editor of The Greensboro Review. Her work has most recently appeared in storySouth and The News Record. She is from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Katie Naymon is from the Upper East Side of Ohio and was born in the same hospital as LeBron James. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor’s degree in creative writing. She currently teaches English at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is the senior associate editor of Her Campus Media, the largest online community for college women. After graduating from UNCG, Katie is moving to Stockholm, Sweden because there are fewer bugs there. She would die for your cat.
